Seeing Ourselves

How do we get students to move from doing what's asked to asking more of themselves? How do we get them to see themselves as capable of excellence. Much of how we conduct our classes now is built on assumptions that we feel will bring out the best in our students, but on closer examination, is counter-productive for many and perhaps most of them. In this talk, we'll look at some of the questions we all ask, and how we see what we do in order to guide us to a better place for everyone.
